What to expect

Reservation context

Beelab is in reservation mode for the first 50 buyers. Reservations are confirmed by email; payment is taken when your build slot opens. You will receive:

• A confirmation email with a slot number and an estimated date.
• A scoping reply within 1 business day if your tier needs custom hardware or services.
• A final invoice via the Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy or Polar.sh) when the build is ready to start.

Billing and refunds

Final invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy or Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. They handle sales tax, VAT, and GST collection where applicable. Refund rules are at /refund: 14-day money-back on digital downloads, stage-specific rules for hardware and services.
