First-cohort pricing. The price will move up once the workflow is settled. If the Beelab Lite, Studio, or Pro install does not reach the dashboard on validated hardware (see /hardware) after one documented install attempt, I refund the install fee or run one re-scoped install at my cost, your choice, within 14 days of purchase. Full rules at /refund.
Refunds: 14-day money-back on digital downloads. Hardware is custom-configured: refunds reviewed case-by-case before shipping. After shipping, hardware return = restocking fee + ship cost.
Warranty: 14-day refund on the install fee on validated hardware after one documented install attempt. Hardware boxes carry a 30-day Limited Warranty on assembly and workmanship; enterprise PC and component manufacturer warranties pass through to you and are not extended by Beelab. The Beelab software and install are licensed as-is with no warranty. Updates while Beelab is actively maintained, minimum 2 years from purchase, then Apache 2.0 fallback per /license. EU statutory consumer rights unaffected.
Hardware pricing lives on the configurator at /hardware, the number tracks the spec. These cards open the exact box, build your tier and ship one tracked carton.
