    Pick an install tier, reserve a build. Hardware sourced from validated families. Waitlist gates the first cohort.

  2. Phase 2Planned

    First-cohort installs

    Beelab Lite and Studio go live with the first wave of buyers. Discord invite + GitHub repo open with the cohort.

  3. Phase 3Planned

    Beelab Pro + Enterprise

    Talos prod + ArgoCD GitOps + Apple Silicon AI mesh enabled by default on Beelab Pro. Beelab Enterprise includes PARSO-SAMAD self-assessment scorecard (see /parso-samad) plus on-prem inference layer and multi-rack scaling.

  4. Phase 4Planned

    Full public release

    Public docs open. Beelab Care monthly tiers fully managed. Multi-rack scaling validated across customer installs.
